My parents had a pink tree way back in the 60's. Of course I was born in 1969 so I did not see it so for my card I imagined it! Here is my card:
Do you see the ceramic trees? Well, the one on the left is one I made my parents years ago. The one on the right was made by my Mom many many moons ago. They are a little worse for wear but I would not part with them. Here is the recipe that I used:
* Close to My Heart Christmas Cheer Stamp Set
* Blue paper is from Close to My Heart
* Crayola pencils, Stampin' Up markers, and Sakura gel pens
* Studio G Pink Pigment Ink
* Pink paper is from my scrap pile

Super! It is amazing that somehow we have changed the colors of Christmas! I realized I did not make a single red and green Christmas Card! But I made tons of blues, pinks and purples! Love the ceramic trees too! Glad you joined us this week as a guest designer at Docerela Creations!
