Since my card was small I added the rhinestones in the corners instead of the two motifs. Here is what I used to make my card:

Stampin Up stamp, Markers, adhesive rhinestones, treat cup and patterned paper

Ribbon from the scrap pile

Cuttlebug D'vine Swirls embossing folder

Crayola markers and gel pens
