Good day all. I am so glad that you have stopped by for my monthly project for Crafty Card Gallery's Design Team. This month the theme was Thanks. I have so much to be thankful for. Some things are:
* My Family
* My Faith
* My Friends
* My Creativity
* My blog followers
Although my life is not easy by any means, I know that it is a good life and this road will take me towards my goals and dreams. So this card is a Thank You for all the good things in my life:
All the products made to use this card are from Close to My Heart.
Now here is a special thank you that I want to give to one of my wonderful bloggie followers. We are so close to 500 followers. Share this blog with your friends and, when we hit 500 followers, I will give away this Year >> Noted kit to one lucky follower.
I thank you for stopping by and hope you will leave some bloggie love. Until next time.....

Where I've been Hiding :)
Greetings all!
I must be doing something wrong as I have not gotten anything created recently (besides starting a new fitness regimen). So I think it is time for me to give back. Since my birthday is in 2 days, I decided to do a giveaway this month. On my website (suenj.ctmh.com), I have an Online Party going. If you place an order in any amount this month, you get entered to win this stamp set.
So come on by and join the festivities. I look forwarding to giving away a present in honor of my birthday. Winner will be announced on October 4th. Until next time....

A wonderful weekend and a 200 follower giveaway.....
Greetings all,
I am finally feeling human and decided to use some of my new supplies from my Stampin' Up friend Julie. Luckily, my wonderful husband did not mind me taking over the dining room and kitchen table with my stuff (I wanted to be upstairs where it is warmer). The got a few projects done and wanted to share this with you. Here they are:
There was another project that I can't show you as it is almost done but for a blog hop that I am participating in at the end of the month.
The better part of this weekend was the visit from my husband's daughter and our grandson, Elijah. He is way too cute. Here he is with his Tio and Abuelo:
We are watching Wrestlemania with our good friends, David and Erin. I had a divine scrapbooking moment and decided we needed to take some pics to commemorate our 2nd Wrestlemania together. These pictures are way too funny not to be shared:

I am so glad that my friends and family are such great sports. Well, if you have lasted this long, then you will be reading that I am going to give a away a 200 follower giveaway. When we reach 200 followers, the winner will receive an AC Moore or Michael's gift card for $10. If the winner does not have one near them, then you will receive a $10 goodie bag of scrapbook items. So refer your scrappy friends and let's reach this milestone together!
Time for Triple HHH and the Undertaker match. Until next time....

A Scraptacular Halloween Card Challenge (and giveaway)
courtesy of my friend Scrappy Jak on Facebook. I got a little overzealous on this one and had originally posted in on Facebook too early. I deleted them and was able to repost them yesterday. We were given the paper and ribbon and we were to come up with our own design. Here is what I chose....
The pumpkin is my favorite because of his googly eyes. The spiders remind me of one of my favorite childhood characters, Charlotte, from Charlotte's Web.
Don't forget about the birthday blog giveaway in honor of my daughters birthday. All you have to do is be a follower of this blog and post a comment about your favorite birthday memory. I will use Random.org to pick the winner next Friday the 29th (gives more time for everyone). Good luck! I will have another post for you all with another great layout! Until next time....

Happy Birthday to my Daughter....
This post goes out to my daughter who turns 16 today! The years certainly fly by and I am very blessed with a wonderful road. For the teenage years it has been relatively unbumpy . Thank goodness I can still remember me at 16 so I have more patience. I don't put pictures of my kids on my blog so this one will have to do.
Isn't she cute? This is from one of our favorite movies. When she turns 21 then I will have to choose Belle from Beauty and the Beast (she is not a redhead like Ariel; our other favorite). Well enough on that. In honor of this day, I decided to do a teensy weensy giveaway. The winner will receive a small embellishment pack. All you have to do is be a follower of this blog and post a comment about your favorite birthday memory. I will use Random.org to pick the winner next Friday the 29th (gives more time for everyone). Good luck!
Mine was when I turned 6 years old. We moved to a new house from an apartment and there was a block party going on. Well, there were those jumpy things, cotton candy and a D.J. I thought it was my birthday party! That year I also got a tea set and a Fisher Price record player. So now, please share yours.
Well, duty calls and I must run to work. I hope you all have a wonderful weekend! Until next time....

Good morning..... where's my tea
I just wanted to post a quickie before running off to work for a staff meeting. Welcome to all the new followers! If you are not a follower, please join us for the fun. I think that some blog candy is in order. So how about if we double our current number then it will be giveaway time? Since I am a little type A, let's make it 75. 75 followers and it will be prize time. So refer your family, friends and acquaintances for a chance to win some blog candy :)
Also, if you have a blog of your own, please fee free to put in in the comment box. I love to share :)
Well, the reminder rang for me to leave for work. I plan on being quite creative this weekend. For now I leave you all with this question:
For those who participate in online challenges, how do you manage to get them done on time?
OR (if you don't do online challenges)
What do you prefer for blog candy, stamp sets, paper or embellishments?
Until next time....

Happy pre-TGIF!!!!
Good evening and welcome to all our new followers. I am so glad that you have stopped by. My vision for this blog is for it to grow into a place where we can share our love for all things papercrafting. I was thinking about this on my way to work today. I have a full time job in addition to home and hearth so my crafty times tend to be on the weekends. I was thinking how I see all these beautiful ornate cards and wonder, "How'd they do that?" So I hope to be able to share some videos soon. I am blessed with a great husband who LOVES to do videos. So that may be a possibility in the near future!
I am so excited about our first giveaway on the blog. I am sure that it will not be our last. So, please feel free to share this with all your crafty friends. The more the merrier I always say! And on that note, I will have to say good night. Duty calls in the AM. I hope to hear what wonderful things you will be creating this weekend. So, feel free to comment below. Until next time.....
Happy Scrappin'
Sue
