Good morning all and welcome to the Lordy, Lordy Look Who's 40 Blog Hop organized by our very own Jenn of Cardstock and Coffee. Happy Birthday Jenn, may you have a happy and very blessed day filled with everything you love! Having already surpassed this milestone I was very glad to participate in this hop.You should have come from Shelley's blog. Some gals will have a project each day and some may only have one or a few, so make sure you follow along each day and leave everyone some love on their blogs. I will have a project a day and blog candy at the end of the week.
Before we get to the project, here is the blog lineup in case you get sidetracked:

For my day one project, I decided to share the bluebird of happiness with you all. That was such a fond memory of my childhood and now I love those glass bluebirds. You can read more about the bluebird of happiness story here (http://bluebirdofhappiness.net/bluebird_of_happiness_history.html). Without further adieu here is my bluebird birthday card....
95% of the items used were Stampin Up products. The glitter glass is rather interesting to work with. The embossing folder is from Sizzix. I wish you all have a visit from the bluebird. Here is one for you:
Thanks for hopping with me. There will be blog candy for this hop giving by moi. You will receive a $10 gift card from Michael's or AC Moore (your choice). I do not believe that they are international so unfortunately this will have to be open to US residents. There are only two criteria to win:
1. Be a follower of our blog
2. Leave a comment under this post
The winner will be picked by Random.org on Tues, May 3rd. Now I send you off to Gill's blog. Until tomorrow......
