Good day all and Happy Monday!
I was blessed to have a wonderful weekend with several friends at the Ranger Inc. Warehouse sale in NJ and I got a pretty good haul of products. Some of these were Stickles and Liquid Pearls. I broke them out to do this 3-D Holiday project for Get Inky! Stamps Challenge Blog. Here is what I made:
The paper I picked was from my stash (sorry that I do not recall what paper it is). The stamps are from Get Inky! Stamps (2013 Holiday Set and Whimsical Moon and Stars). I colored the Gingerbread with my Crayola colored pencil, Stampin' Up Basic Black marker. I used Liquid Pearls (Onyx) and Stampin' Up's Cherry Cobbler Dazzling Details for accents. The Ranger Stickles on the tree are Lime Green and the Star is outlined in Stampin' Up's Dazzling Details (similar to Diamond Stickles). See those snowmen? Well, I made those too! Thanks to Get Inky! Stamps for inspiring another challenge at the Get Inky! Stamps Challenge Blog. Come on over and join the challenge. Until next time...

What is it about the Fall....
that makes it so ideal for scrapbooking and card making? I love this time of year. Perhaps it is all the vibrant colors before the leaves all fall from the trees? Well, the time is well spent for sure. I have been moving more towards double page layouts recently and managed to get these done recently.
I have also created a cardmaking mini-class with the new CTMH Workshop on the Go Laughing Lola Scrapbooking kit. It also comes in a Cardmaking kit.
If you order the CTMH Workshop on the Go Laughing Lola Scrapbooking kit or Cardmaking kit from the website, I will send you the complete instructions to make this card.
Also remember that I am hosting an online gathering through Close to My Heart this month. You can read all about it HERE.Take advantage of a great sale and possibly win a Visa gift card. Don't delay. You don't want to miss out. Until next time....

Guest Designer Day for Crafty Card Gallery
Good day all....
Today I am guest designer over at Crafty Card Gallery. Our challenge this month was Fall Colors and I decided to piece together a card with some of my favorite stamps and tools. Here is the card I made:
Stamps for Ghost, Pumpkins and Sentiment are from Get Inky! Stamps 2013 Spooktacular Halloween Set. The clouds are from Get Inky! Stamps Whimsical Moon and Stars. The fence is cut with my Creative Memories Border Maker System and the Spooky fence cartrtidge (RETIRED). The buttons are Stampin' Up and the tree was cut with my Cameo Silhouette. I decided to make the ghost peek out from the pumpkins to say BOO! Thanks to Crafty Card Gallery for having me today. Until next time....

Get Inky! Stamps Guest Designer Project
Happy Day all!
Today I get to be guest designer over at Get Inky! Stamps for the Fall Colors Challenge. Well Fall colors makes me think of Halloween and I just had to make this special Halloween Birthday card. There is a special young lady turning 1 and we thought she would be a Halloween baby. Well, she made her appearance on my daughter's birthday on the 22nd and surprised us all! Here is the card I made:
Did you know that you can stamp directly on patterned paper to dress up your stamped images? I learned this from my dear friend Cardmonkey and opted to do this for my card. I used the 2013 Spooktacular Halloween set for the ghosts and the one eyed monster. I decided to cut the fence with black patterned paper too.
See the sentiment? Well it is actually a combination of two different stamp sets. I used the 2013 Spooktacular Halloween set for the Boo-tiful and the rest of the sentiment is from the Beary Special Cupcake set. I enjoyed making this card and am planning on using this format for a scrapbook page for our grandchildren's Halloween pics. Thanks for coming by and sharing this time with me. Until next time.....

A small sense of accomplishment....
has been obtained this past week. I have not been feeling 100% and my creativity seemed to be sapped. I have so many ideas in my head but they have not been cut and glued. I did manage to do a little scrapping and a little card making this week. Here is the fruits of that minimal labor.
We were mucking it up as a family in Walmart with the kids and got a kick out of the hats. David went with the car mechanic hat.
This week I got together with my favorite Stampin' Up rep Julie for a little holiday card making. She is so wonderful that she gave the class to just me! I enjoyed making these cards using the Festive Flurry bundle (available in wood or clear stamps), Frosted Finishes Embellishments and Silver 1/8" ribbon . I decided to use non-traditional Christmas colors for a more of a Winter feel.
I made sure I placed my order for these items before I left for the evening. You can stop by Julie's site and get them too. I am planning on getting a little crafty while watching the Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. with the family. Thanks for stopping by and until next time.....
