For the Cricut Lovers.....

Hi there....

It is me again. Did you know that the Cricut Collection's come September 1st will have Cardstock packs instead of the Chipboard Elements? Yes sirree. I am super excited about it for sure. And did you know that there is a New Cricut Collection? I have it in my hot little hands and love it. It is Artistry and comes in either Traditional or Digital Format.

The traditional Collection includes:

1 – Cartridge (700 images: Shapes, Layers, Banners, Borders, Backgrounds, and Font)

3 – My Acrylix® D-size Stamp Sets

1 – Enchantment Cardstock Combo Pack


And the Digital Collection contains the same shapes, stamp sets, and cardstock as the cartridge collection. The only difference is the 700 images are accessed using an online code rather than a physical cartridge.*

Guest Designer Day over at Crafty Card Gallery

Happy Day all:

Today I get to share my flower card over at Crafty Card Gallery. Each month we are given a theme and this month is Spring Flowers. I decided to combine my two favorite companies (Stampin' Up and Close to My Heart) to make this card. Here it is:

This card actually took no time at all (just about 10 mins) because I stamped the image 3 times, cut and colored and glued it all down. I used leftover paper from my Ariana Workshop on the Go . The stamp on the cover is from Stampin' Up and the sentiment om the inside is from the Close to My Heart Art Philosophy Cricut Collection. Of course my Close to My Heart Exclusive Inks! did the trick. I think this is one of my favorites from Close to My Heart. Thanks for stopping by and visiting. Until next time....

Crafty Card Gallery's March Challenge - Birthdays

What Great Friends I Have.....

Good day all.....

Today I decided to surprise my stamping friends who meet once a month by coming to our monthly group. Since Dad passed on Monday they did not expect to see me but I felt the need to be surrounded by these phenomenal women. Today my dear friend Julie taught us a card masking technique that I thought was loads of fun. Here is the card we made:

As she is a Stampin' Up demonstrator, we used Stampin' Up Inks and stamps. She then challenged us to use this technique for our card swap next month. I only have one large background stamp so I decided to try something a little different. Here is my first test run:

For this card we used the center of the template from card above to mask the middle of the card. I used the following Close to My Heart products:
