Me and Mine wish You and Yours a VERY happy & healthy Thanksgiving. We are having a Hispanic American one with Pernil (roast pork), Arroz con Gandules (Rice with Pigeon Peas), oven roasted turkey breast, mashed and sweet potatoes. I wish I could have my wonderful peeps around my table but I will send my heartfelt wishes.
