I hope you are having a wonderful day! I broke out a new (to me) stamp set called A Tree from Close to My Heart. I love the quality of these stamps and I think they are the BEST value for your buck (and you all know I won't endorse anything I do not like or use). There are some stamps I will stamp first and color later (usually while watching TV) and this was one of them. The assembly was so quick as I took 4 rectangles of paper from my leftovers if my Ariana Scrapbooking Workshop on the Go kit. You will not believe how much you will have left to make cards or an alternate layout or two. Here is my card:
The strip in the middle is called a zip strip. It is at the bottom of the 12 x 12 Duos paper and you can incorporate it into your layout or cards. The birds are from the Lots of Love stamp set. The heart I drew in with my Stella Wink Gel pen as I thought the two birds were looking like lovebirds. The tree was colored with my blender pen and my Exclusive Inks Stamp Pads. This card was put together in 2 mins and 11 seconds as the pieces were all cut. What could be easier? Thanks for fluttering by and I look forward to seeing you soon. Until next time....

Holiday Cards, Day 5
Hidey ho all!
Today is the last day that I am sharing a holiday card and I have chosen a Hannukah card inspired by Hero Arts. I used the Green and Blue Epoxy bubbles and my Corner Rounder. All other products are since retired but still came in handy. I am eagerly awaiting the new catalog to enjoy even more Close to my Heart products. Here is my card:
To make your own version of this card you could use the 12" x 12" Twilight Cardstock and one of the Close to My Heart Alphabets. Coming up next will be some Cricut Collection inspired projects. Until next time...

Holiday Cards, Day 5
Hidey ho all!
Today I had to dig deep to make this card that was inspired by a Hero Arts posting that I saw this week. I wanted to make a Hannukah card to share but did not order the Hannukah Celebration stamp set. Here is the card I made:
One of the items that I used that is current is the Green and Blue Epoxy Bubbles. The paper I used is retired but the Twilight 12" x 12" cardstock would work well. The stamp set is the Hodge Podge Alphabet but the Glamour Lowercase would be wonderful too. The vellum was from my scrap pile and I used my Corner rounder.
I am so glad that you are joining me this week for these projects. Tomorrow I will be moving on to some Cricut Collection projects. I am biding my time to the new catalog because there is so much that is new that I can't wait to work with. Remember that the current Promotion, Holidays from the Heart is currently going on.
