We all scream for Ice Cream? Well, I know I crave it in the summer time but it has to be from Baskin Robbins. I don't eat it when it is in my freezer though(we have one ice cream monster who can polish off a pint of B&J's right after a full dinner here). I could not wait to start debuting this stamp of the month because it is just so fun to work with. I think I am going to devote several days to this one. It is called Ice Cream Dream and can be yours for $5 with a qualifying order**. Here is the first card I made:
I actually woke up with this layout in my head (which is scary). I love the Seaside Paper Packet and inked the edges (I like the dimension it gives). I colored the ice cream scoops and cone with my Crayola colored pencils. The CTMH Exclusive Inks! Stamp Pads used were (Chocolate, Cocoa, Cotton Candy and Black).
To make this card cut two 2" squares with your paper Cutter (I used the Surecut Deluxe Paper Trimmer) and cut them in half diagonally. Ink your edges (I use my CTMH daubers from Value Pack) and adhere to the corners. stamp the entire ice cream cone once, then 3 more times for the triple scoop (or twice if you prefer). I used my Duck Easy Stick adhesive to glue it down. I stamped teh sentiment on Colonial White matted it on Saddle a popped it up with pop dots.
Thanks for stopping by and I promise to have another card ready for you soon. Until next time...

Brush it off....
using the Brushed Paper Pack that is. I had intended on using this paper pack for a project with the Designed Decor Flip Stand Album (Z1896). Instead I decided to make cards with it. My first set was 3" x 3" note cards to tuck into gift bags. Here they are:
All the card bases are made with cardstock from the Brushed Paper Packet (Pixie, White Daisy, Juniper and Canary) and the Brushed Assortment is just perfect! The stamped framed of the 2nd and 3rd card were stamped on scrap pieces of Saddle Cardstock. I used the March Stamp of the Month and Cocoa Exclusive Ink Pad.
You would not believe how quick these went together. The Stamp of the Month is versatile as it can be used for cards or scrapbooking (they are perfect for mini albums as well). And it can be yours for $5 with a qualifying purchase. There are 14 stamps n this set and you don't want to miss it.
To make these cards (or ones that come from your own creativity), you can stop my my personal website and click shop. There are so many wonderful products and ideas and that's no blarney. Feel free to contact me here with any questions. Until next time....

What makes me happy for Valentine's Day? Let's see if you can guess
Greeting all....
It is Sue B here to share my card for this month's theme over at Crafty Card Gallery. We had a choice of Wine, chocolates, cookies or something sweet. Well of course I picked my favorite- Chocolate Covered Strawberries. These are one of the items that make me VERY happy. Not sure why I love them but I surely do. So my card today has this yummy representation of this Valentine's Day treat. Here it is:
For this card, I used a card sketch from my Originals Card Confidence Program spiral bound book (page 18), retired CTMH paper and Stamp of the Month stamp set (A Chocolate Affair), Chocolate, Ruby, Pear and Cocoa Exclusive Ink Pads, Liquid Glass, Black Liquid pearl and White pearl paint. I ended up stamping the berries in Chocolate, Ruby and Pear and then fussy cutting around them. I sponged the edges of the paper with the Cocoa. The card measures 6" x 6" so I will have to buy/make some envelopes. I look forward to using this book (there are others as well) and making more layered cards.
Well it is time for me to scoot and go get more creative. Until next time.....

Just monkeying around.....
Good day all!
Have you ever had a card idea bounce around your head for several days and you just have to make it? Well that is what had been happening while I was looking at the February Stamp of the Month. The branches (stamped in Olive and Pear) made me think of the jungle which made me think of monkeys. Since I do not have a monkey stamp, I went to my Cricut Create a Critter Cartridge. The sentiments were stamped with Ponderosa Pine. Here is the first card I made:
I decided not to stop there. I thought of Donkey Kong (one of my favorite video games from my youth) and I came up with this one:

I think this would be the greatest kid card. Now if you do not know about the Stamps of the Month, they are available only for the current month and can be yours for $5 with an eligible purchase of $50+. I always get them and find I use them frequently.
Now don't forget that there is the Album special (buy 1, get a second at half off) and that there will be a mystery hostess this month for my Online Gathering. When the gathering reaches $150, a randomly selected Hostess will be picked from those who placed orders. I hope that you will join us and bring a friend. Well, it is time for me to go. Until next time.....

Keep it Simple......
Greetings all and I hope that you are having a great evening!
I decided to Keep It Simple and Clean for some swap cards that I needed to make for tomorrow. Here is the cards I made:
The reason I call these Keep It Simple is to let you in on a simple (not so much of a) Secret. The cards are all made with the same stamp set. It was the April Stamp of the Month, Balloon Talk. You can get the stamp of the month for only $5 (with a qualifying $50 order). The one important fact is that once the month is over, you cannot get them anymore. During National Scrapbooking Month in May, you can get the Free to Be Me paper collection for just $5 with your qualifying purchase of $50. The paper collection features artfully designed cardstocks, vellums, and B&T Duos paper-exclusive products that you can't get anywhere else. With a retail of $11.95, this collection is a fantastic deal! Plus with your $50 qualifying purchase, you will also qualify for the May Stamp of the Month for an additional $5 (retail value of $17.95). This mean May is the perfect month to DOUBLE UP on promotions- getting the paper collection for $5 and the May Stamp of the Month for $5 saves you nearly $20! This offer is valid May 1-31, 2014. As an added BONUS, EVERY order gets you an entry to win a FREE stamp set (retail value of $13.95). You can check out these and many HIGH QUALITY products at my website HERE. Here is a picture of a layout using the Free to Be Me Paper Collection and the May Stamp of the Month, You've Got a Friend:
