Grace Foundation Crop for Autism

Howdy all!

I attended the Grace Foundation of New York's Crop for Autism this past Saturday and it gave me a lot of time to actually scrap pics from 2011!!!! It also allowed me to use my new favorite tool and favorite Power Pallettes from Creative Memories. Forgive me as this post is a little pic heavy but I can't help but share. Here are the layouts I got done between Sat & Sun.

I purchased this kit from Debbie Lukacs (http://www.debbielukacs.com/). Thanks Debbie!

Do you see all those circles and squares? Well, I made those layouts with the NEW Shape Maker System. It comes with the circle and square cartridge and there is a puzzle piece cartridge as well (I'll show you this on a later layout). And there is a new cartridge coming soon (hint, hint it is a circle tag maker). Do you see the borders on the Graduation, Sweet and Simple and Great Adventure layouts? Well that is using my other favorite tool; the Border Maker System (hint, hint there is a new border maker cartridge that you don't want to miss). And those hexagons are made using the Hexagon Place n Punch. That tool is on the WSL (While Supplies Last) category so get it before it is gone. Of course my Corner Rounder got a workout too!

The paper palettes I used were the Candy Shop Power Palette and the Enchanted Power Palette. If you are like me, this takes all the work out of matching colors and embellishments.

I have another all day crop coming up this Saturday and want to offer you some of the specials that we will be having:

The All-New Shape Maker System $55

Comes with both square and circle cartridges.

Puzzle Piece Cartridge $17

Shape system & puzzle Bundle  $68

Save $4

Candy Shop Power Palette System $79

Reg. $89

Includes: 18 sheets of 12x12 designer cardstock, 24 sheets of 12x12 designer-print papers, 3 sheets of ABC stickers, 4 rolls of sticker ribbon, 60 designer mats and journal cards, 2 sheets of epoxy stickers, 2 sheets of layered stickers and 24 tags

New Tape Runner Bundle $25

Regularly $29

New Tape Runner & 3 Cartridge Refills

Scrapbooking Top Pick $125

Save $22.50

Includes 12x12 Poolside Coverset, Candy Shop Power Palette (2 packs papers, letter stickers, layered stickers, epoxy stickers, & tags, mat pack), 15 white pages, 15 protectors, tape runner and sky blue dual-tip pen.

And guess what? In addition to these deals, you will earn $5.00 off of every $50.00 (product total) that you spend. This would make the Scrapbooking Top Pick only $115.00! All you need to do is email me your order HERE. Order will need to be placed by 8PM ET by Sunday, April 21st. Don't miss out on these great deals.

It's that time of Year...

As we are getting closer to the holidays, it becomes time for card swaps and Christmas card orders. I even found myself getting excited about Christmas stuff in our local Walgreens (I even got a gift for my Dad that was too cute). Well, during our power outage due to Hurricane Sandy, I decided to work on some cards for a swap I am doing with Jenn of Crafty Card Gallery. The theme was winter so I opted to take out one of my older Stampin' Up stamp set and so ink spots. I used my favorite Corner Rounder from Creative Memories. To embellish on these cards, I used a mixture of products. Here is the results:

Can you see that I used my Cameo Silhouette to cut the snowflakes after the power came back on? I am so glad that I did not allow Sandy to interrupt my creativity. Right before we lost power I was offering a special for the newest Creative Memories products. I was offering $5.00 off of every $50 dollars ordered. I have decided to extend this sale to November 15th. You can stop by my website HERE to see all the wonderful items. There are some LIMITED EDITION products that you can see in  the November/December catalog. The one thing you need to know is that the products in the mini catalogs are LIMITED EDITION and once they are gone they're gone. I do not want you to miss out on the products that you really want by delaying. You might have also have caught Nancy O'dell on TV talking about her newest book, "Here's to Fabulous You". This is a wonderful holiday gift for the special women in your life. Don't hesitate to contact me here. I can also be your own personal shopper and contact your loved ones with your special requests. Until next time...

Guest Designer Thursday: LadyLuvBug

Good morning all and I pray that you all had wonderful holidays wherever you were. I was fortunate to have my parents this year and it was FABULOUS! Of course family is not without drama so I am going to work on that in 2012. Today's Guest Designer is Janet AKA LadyLuvBug. Janet and I have been friends on Facebook for the past few months and her creativity astounds me. I don't want to delay showing you what she made with the Cricut Tis the Season Exclusive cartridge she purchased from my site. Heeeerrrrreeeeee'ssssss Janet:

*~*~*~*~*~*~*~**~*~*~*~*~**~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*

Hello everyone, I am so excited to be filling in this Guest Designer Spot on Susan's Blog!

Susan and I have become friends over the past few months and I enjoy her work and working with her on projects. I recently purchased the Cricut cartridge "Tis The Season" a Creative Memories exclusive and after the first cut fell in love with it. It has been my go to cartridge for this holiday season. I used it to decorate some plain white sacks I purchased at Michael's. Every year I give the nurses I work with a "treat" bag filled with the things we use and loose the most at work along with a gift in a jar treat. I enjoy decorating the bags and so today's project is a peak at the bags I created this year I created 5 different designs this year four of which are featured here. All the cuts were from the "Tis the Season" cartridge and are super simple to put together. Most of the card stock is Recollections from Michael's and the patterned paper is from my enormous collection of paper. ( I am a paperholic).

I hope you enjoy my little treat bags. Thanks to Susan for giving me the GD spot and thanks to everyone who stops by and says Hello!

Hugs Janet aka LadyLuvBug!
