Monthly Stamp Club ~ April 2014

Greetings all!

On Saturday we had our Monthly Stamp Club with Julie and Friends. She always comes up with some wonderful projects and we also swap cards with a theme. Here are the cards that I received:

We made two cards today and it was great as we got to use the reverse of cuts. Here is the first one:
And the second was made from the frame from the pink die cut:
The flower was stamped in Stazon ink and then we used Aqua pens and ink (to give a watercolor effect). For this one I used pop dots to have the stamped image float in the frame. Of course I had to bling it up a little. I love the font on this stamp set too. I am off to be a bit more creative today. Until next time.....

Woohoo.... I finally got a challenge done on time (sort of)

Happy Columbus Day to our US scrappers and Happy Thanksgiving to our Canadian Scrappers! There were two challenges this week; one for Scrappy Jak on Facebook and one for My Pink Stamper. I decided to make one for each!. Same design and technique but two different die cuts and embossing powders. I wish you could see the detail of the qhite embossing powder to make the snow shiny. Since I don't have a digital camera I had to scan them. I hope you enjoy it. Until next time.....

Supplies: Want 2 Scrap die cuts, Stampin Up embossing powder (white and silver), Inkadinkadoo embossing powder (pearlescent), blue, white and teal cardstock (Michaels or AC Moore)

Happy Scrappin'
